All the photos are a guide to what the arrangement will look like. We endeavor to make the arrangement the same if not very similar to the photo and it all depends on the season availability and Mother Nature. If a certain bloom is not available, we use the most similar flower to keep the theme of the bunch you have chosen. We do not guarantee a perfect exact match to the images. Flowers can alter and look different when tight and fresh as they do when they are in full bloom. Flower colors can have many varying shades. Our main mission is to choose the freshest highest quality flowers and match the bouquet as close as we can to the image. We hope you understand.
The lifespan of your flowers depends on many factors, including the type of blooms, the environment they're placed in, and how they’re cared for. Everything from temperature and humidity to water quality and handling can influence how long they stay fresh. While proper care can help extend their beauty, nature ultimately determines their longevity, making each arrangement a unique and fleeting moment to be enjoyed.
We offer delivery throughout Las Vegas, with next-day deliveries typically scheduled between 3 PM and 7 PM unless specified otherwise in advance. If you need a specific delivery time, please let us know a few days ahead, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Due to hotel policies, we are unable to deliver flowers directly to guest rooms. Deliveries can be made to the bell desk for hotel staff to hold or handed off directly to the recipient in the lobby. Please check with the hotel’s policies and ensure the recipient is aware of their delivery.
For the best selection and to ensure your bouquet is crafted exactly as pictured, we recommend placing your order a few days before your desired delivery date. While we always strive to match your chosen arrangement, substitutions of flowers and vases may occur based on availability if the order is placed on short notice.
*Cancellation Policy: To get a full refund, cancellations should be made one month prior to the event. Cancellations made fifteen days prior to the event are eligible only for a 70% refund of the total amount. 50% refund if the cancellation is made less than fifteen days prior to the event. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made less than seven days prior to the event.
